Warranty Exclusions

Warranty service of Hydro Vortex All-in-one Liquid CPU Cooler does not cover damages caused by the following circumstances, including but not limited to:

1. Wear and tear from normal use.
2. Damage caused by an external electrical fault, accident, natural disaster, intentional or accidental misuse, abuse, neglect or improper maintenance, or use under abnormal conditions such as exposure to extreme high or low temperature or humid environment.
3. Connection to any improper voltage supplies.
4. Improper installation or operation which is not in accordance to the instruction manual of the product.
5. Parts were being repaired, replaced or modified by unauthorized parties other than GALAX Authorized Service Centers.
6. Units purchased outside the service coverage region.
7. Warranty service also does not apply to other damaged parts or components that were not sold or manufactured by GALAX.
8. Other issues that are not related to the materials of the product or manufacturing process defect.

GALAX's sole obligation and liability under this warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of a defective product at our option. GALAX shall not, in any event, be liable to the purchaser or any third party for any incidental or consequential damage, (including, but not limited to, damages resulting from interruption of service, loss of data, and loss of business), or liability in tort relating to this product or resulting from its use or possession.
